• Rates are based on double occupancy
• Additional guests - $15 per night for each guest
• Weekday Rates: Monday through Thursday - $150 per night
• Weekend Rates: Friday through Sunday - $175 per night
• 2-night minimum is required for all rentals
• Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays require a four
   night minimum stay
• Rates for these holiday periods are $200 per night
• All other holidays are $175 per night
• Discounts are available by the week - call for details
• One-half of the rental cost is due upon confirmation of reservation
• The remainder of rental cost is due 30 days prior to
   renter's arrival
• Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
• Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
