• No Smoking inside cabin (butt cans located outside)
• No Smoking while using the outdoor spa
• No Pets
• No more than 6 guests
• Person renting cabin must be at least 21 years of age
• A refundable security deposit is required upon reservation
• 1/2 of the total rental payment is required upon reservation
• The remainder of rental cost is due 30 days prior to
   renter's arrival
• Cancellation must be within 30 days of the reservation date for full
   refund
• Payment method is cashier's check or money order
